LEADERSHIP ON PREPACKED CHEESE MARKET



LABORATORY

Each shipment is tested in licensed microbiologic laboratory which checks cheese by 4 groups of pathogenicity. That process allows define the product safety through these 4 indicators: coli bacillus, S Aureus, Salmonella and  L.monocytogenes absence. Cheese is not admitted to production in case of such bacterium detection. Production is the clean area certificated in accordance with international FSSC standards.

EQUIPMENT

Our production lines consist of modern European machinery from the biggest producers as Weber, Multivac, Bizerba and others. It allows  us to use such advanced technologies as reclosable paper touch tactile foils, fixed weight of the product, modified atmosphere. Cheese pieces and grated cheese are packed in flow pack. Sliced cheese is packed in thermoforms. We do not use any preservatives during production. Shelf life is provided by oxygen absence inside of the package. Neither foreign smell nor bacterium can get inside.

Before embargo our Company purchased cheese from Europe. Now effective strategy allowed us to substitute import raw cheese for  domestic. Besides we use resources of South America, Belorussia and Switzerland.
